Our Express Service is here to help you when you need your garment urgently.
How it works
Prepare your garments following our instruction. At the checkout choose Express Service on each garment that you need urgently, you will see a small surcharge of 15% added on each chosen garment. If you have some items in your shopping bag with express service and some with our normal service, you may need to pay two deliveries. In this case we will contact you before despatching your second parcel.
Identify those garments you need urgently by attaching a small note on each of them with safety pin, especially if you include them in the same delivery with your non-urgent garments. This is not necessary if all your items are express.
Once we have received your package we will send you notification and your garment will be fast tracked so that alteration is done on the same day, latest finishing the following day – this depends on the complexity of the alteration / repair. Our Express Service takes 1-2 business days to complete. If we have any questions, we will contact you before starting.
Please allow additional days in transit for your chosen delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you. Please note: any delivery delays that are beyond our control we cannot be hold responsible of.
You will receive a notification once the work is done and a shipment confirmation with tracking number(s) once your order has been shipped. The tracking number will become active within 24 hours.
